Christmas decorating is finally complete and now I’m giving you a Holiday Home Tour for 2019! Hey there, Sweet Friends, today I’m walking you through my home starting at the front door. Enjoy!
O come, all ye faithful, Joyful and triumphant, O come ye, o come ye to Bethlehem. Come and behold Him, Born the King of Angels!
Christmas Home Tour!
I love coming home at night because when I walk up to my front door I’m greeted with Christmas cheer all over the front step. I’m reminded of the reason for the Christmas season and to “Believe!”
Do you Believe in Santa and Christmas? There are only Five Things Needed to Decorate the Front Door and it’s really worth the effort..
My Front Door Wreath was so easy to create. I just took a green faux wreath and added antlers and a white bow. The wreath says, “Come into my warm and comfy home.”
Once I open my front door, not only am I greeted by my pups but a beautiful Christmas Tree in my entrance way. And not just one Christmas Tree with twinkling lights and beautiful ornaments, but a Mason Jar Lid Christmas Tree as well.
It’s kind of a secret. I mean, just between you and me….
The Christmas lights were turned on inside the house the day after Thanksgiving and have not been turned off since.
I just love the sparkles through out my home from morning until night.
This Christmas Tree is adorned with Yarn Garland, Faux Fur Embroidery Hoop Ornaments, painted bulbs, cream colored stars and white icicles. The tree skirt is made of burlap.
The Yarn Garland DIY and the Faux Fur Embroidery Hoop Ornaments – are two new video’s on You Tube. Have you checked out the Create With Cynthia You Tube channel and subscribed? If not, please check it out here.
The buffet is covered in Christmas houses, angels, reindeer and a bowl full of colorful vintage bulbs.

As I walk down the hall and into my family room, Santa sits in his sleigh on an old vintage chair next to the second Christmas Tree.
All of my handmade ornaments adorn the tree.
When I realized I had know where to hang our Christmas stockings, I decided to create a Faux Fireplace. I used an old twin metal headboard which had been hanging out on the patio.
I was also a little concerned that Luke would wonder how Santa would get into the house. If you missed that story, click here.
There is a wreath that sits over the faux fireplace. The yarn stockings look so soft and comfy.
There are lots of stars in my decor this year. Warm, comfy, neutral colors and yarn garland, embroidery hoop ornaments, bulbs and icicles!
The wreath over the faux fireplace is a simple green wreath with vintage lights, a big white star and a beautiful bow, Faux Fur Ribbon Bow, just like the Embroidery Hoop Ornaments made with Faux Fur Ribbon. Nice and simple.
I tucked some sheet music into the bow so that it flowed with my dining room table decor. If you missed the Christmas Tablescape Blog Hop you can check out the Nutcracker Table Christmas Decor here.
The Christmas Greenery Stars were such a hit that I did a separate post with a tutorial and video on them. You can read about the Christmas Greenery Stars here.
The Christmas Greenery Stars video is on You Tube and you can watch it here.
Did you crack nuts when you were a kid? Read my story about cracking nuts with my sister, Michelle on the Nutcracker Christmas Table Decor post.
It’s full of inspiration as I joined a dozen other bloggers on a Tablescape Blog Hop.
And then as I head down the other hallway towards the bedrooms, I’m greeted by a Christmas Wreath. This one makes me so happy!
This wreath is a wicker wreath spray painted white and adorned with a faux fur bow. I used the glue gun, wrapped the ribbon on the wreath creating rivets as I adhered it to the wreath.
It looks so perfect on the ladder. Rustic but not too shabby.
This year I kept the master bedroom super simple. It did not get a full sized Christmas Tree, but instead was adorned with Yarn Christmas Trees and you can read that post here.
Remember last year in the Woods when I decorated my bedroom Christmas Tree with Copper Gilded Ornaments. The Christmas Home Tour 2018 can be seen here.

The Reindeer Head in the Tobacco Basket hangs beautifully in my bedroom. I made the tobacco basket a couple of years back from a diy tutorial I saw on my good friend KariAnne’s blog.
O come, let us adore Him, O come, let us adore Him, O come, let us adore Him, Christ the Lord!
I hope you enjoyed my Christmas Home Tour 2019. This is the time to Believe in the season of Christ. The real reason why we celebrate Christmas!
