Today, I am here to tell you,
sweet friends,
about a new company, A Maker’s Studio.
A Maker’s Studio and what it means to me.
A Maker’s Studio headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee is a company curated by Amy Howard
Through A Maker’s Studio, Amy empowers the creative woman to build a business that allows her to be a difference maker in the world. As a Maker, you create and teach friends and family how to craft a beautiful life using our workshop kits, like the metallic gilding technique completed on the vase below, or the chalk art and adhesive stencils on the scalloped board. Creative Gatherings bring together a community of friends to learn a new skill or complete a project in a fun and warm environment.
This past weekend, I spent 2 1/2 days at the launch of A Maker’s Studio. I felt loved on, cared for, and spoiled the whole time. We created, gathered, listened, and worshipped. Amy, her family and the whole A Maker’s Studio team went out of their way to make it a weekend to remember. We made this beautiful board below using the Adhesive Stencils, Chalk Art and Rescue and Restore Paint.
I chose to be a part of A Maker’s Studio, to integrate it into my new business, because it encompasses all of the things that I love; being creative, inspiring others, helping human trafficking and following Jesus Christ.
Creativity and content together equals changed lives. When you focus on people, passion and purpose not profit and product you can be successful. These were the words spoken by Chris Conlee at the launch weekend.
As I leave Tennessee to return home to Northern California, my heart is full of hope and gratitude. Hope that my business will be successful and gratitude for all of the work Amy and her team has done.
I know I made the right decision to be a Maker Boss and now I look forward to sharing the opportunity with all that are interested.
If you’d like to hear more about A Maker’s Studio contact me and we can meet for coffee or chat on the telephone. Of course, if you are in need of any of the products used to create these beautiful projects, you can visit my website and shop online here. I also have a selection of paints, products and handmade creations at my space in Redwood City, 615 Woodside Road, Suite 3, Redwood City, California.
Have a great day sweet friends.
