Weekly Round Up Edition #23
Welcome to “Weekly Round up on Create With Cynthia, Edition #23!” If you are new here, Welcome to the Round Up. This is where I give you the full week of blog posts in one email and some tidbits on what’s happening in blogland or with my “Family of five!”
Saturday Edition – Weekly Round Up!
In this Saturday edition, I’ll be sharing with you the following:
Create With Cynthia “Blog Posts” for the week.
When you take all the Christmas decor down, the house can look blah! I’m showing you how I transitioned my home from Christmas to Winter and I hope it inspires you to do the same. You can check out “The New Year and Transitioning My Home Decor from Christmas to Winter” here.
Power tools and I have a funny relationship. It’s one full of fear and excitement. This project was probably my funnest to date. It sat in my home half finished for months and months. It’s a relief knowing it’s complete and so rewarding seeing the final project. You can read my story about it here.
Create With Cynthia “You Tube” for the week.
I enjoy making videos, sometimes long edited videos and sometimes shorter diy videos. In any event, for the Year 2020, one of my goals is to upload a new video each Wednesday. I hope you’ll check it out and subscribe to my You Tube channel. Enjoy Watch Me Wednesday, Episode #2, Talking About Assumptions. You can watch it here.
What’s going on with my “Family of five!” or in blogland!
Yesterday, I had one of those days….the kind that don’t start out so well!
You get up to go let the dogs out and on the way to the back door you step in dog pee! You’re in the kitchen making your coffee and there’s no Almond Milk. Then on your way to your part time job, there is a huge traffic jam and you end up being late!
And then when you think it can’t get any worse you remember it’s Friday and tomorrow is Saturday!
Now let me show you what inspired me this week on the internet.
I love focusing on a word each day. You can subscribe to Chantilly and get some word motivation in your inbox here.
With so many of my reader’s being Mom’s with school aged kiddos, I thought this article from Rachel might be helpful. I enjoyed reading it and found it super helpful. You can check out “Common Homework Mistakes and How to Avoid Them!”
Now go out there and create something.
