Hey there, Sweet Friends, I’ve STILL got Pumpkin Fever, do you? If you haven’t been hear before, welcome to “Weekly Round up on Create With Cynthia! Edition #10!
Pumpkins and an Antique Mall!
This week after some internet mishaps, I shared my Big Announcement and showed you a Fun Pumpkin DIY.
Saturday Edition – Weekly Round Up!
In this Saturday edition, I’ll be sharing with you the following:
Create With Cynthia Blog Posts for the week.
Did you link up to the “Happiness is Homemade Link Party?” My new friend, Linda from Labour of Life is the hostess this month. Check out her website here. You don’t have to link up to take advantage of all the creative inspiration on crafts and cooking and anything else you can think of.
You can read the full announcement here. You will still find some of my Furniture Makeovers and Home Decor projects at the “Create With Cynthia Store” inside “It Is Vapor”, in Redwood City. The majority of my products and items will be at the new location, “Antiques Then & Now in Redwood City, California.” Thank you to those that have already visited. I am not there everyday, but let me know if you plan to stop by and I will meet you there.
You can read about how I took Faux Pumpkins and turned them Blue here.
Now, let’s see what’s going on in Blogland.
Have you heard the story about those that carry a Blue Bucket on Halloween Night? The story went viral and is all over blogland. In honor of Autism Awareness and my “Faux Pumpkins Turned Blue” I want to spread the word.
One Mom with a three year old son with non-verbal autism has created a scenario which allows her son to go trick or treating without the pressure of speaking. The Blue Bucket her son carries identifies him as Autistic and unable to speak and say “Trick or Treat!” This Mom states, “I have made this post public in hopes you will share and get the BLUE BUCKET message out there for Autism Awareness this Halloween!” You can read her message here.
I hope you are enjoying my Weekly Round up on Create With Cynthia! Now go out there and create something!
