Hey there, Sweet Friends, today is Thanksgiving and since I usually send out a post, I did not want you to think I forgot about you. I am so grateful to you for following along on my blog journey. May you all be filled with tidings and good cheer on this Thanksgiving Day.
As I walk through my home, I love how the glittery lights sparkle on my Fall Trees.
The boys and I celebrated Thanksgiving yesterday and so I set a casual table adorned with my Fall Trees.
Thanksgiving Decor!
We decided against the traditional turkey and instead chose steaks. Last week I mentioned in my post, “Tips on How to Create A Less Stressful Holiday Season and a DIY on Fall Trees!” how I had started ordering meat from Butcher Box. It was a nice dinner and afterward we played with the pups and enjoyed our evening.
The Fall Trees look so pretty against the black and white pattern. I love how the black chargers pop against the white dishes.
Today, I’ll be heading over to a friend’s house for a Thanksgiving dinner and I’ll be bringing the dessert. As I’m sure you’ve noticed I am not a big cook, but I really love baking. I decided on a Pecan Pie for the adults. I made a Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Ball with Graham Crackers for the non-pecan dessert lovers. I discovered the recipe at Kristy’s blog, “Mommy Hates Cooking!.”
Now that Thanksgiving will be over I will be removing all of the fall leaves and decorating my trees for Christmas. Stay tuned next week for more DIY’s on how I decorate my home.
I hope you enjoy seeing Thanksgiving in My Home.
Happy Thanksgiving, Sweet Friends! I am so grateful for all of you.
Now go out there and eat till your tummy is not too full!
