I only have one beautiful knee

as beautiful as a knee can be

I guess I should say …. scar – less ,,, but beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

As Martha Beck says, 

“Although beauty may be in the eye of the beholder, the feeling of being beautiful exists solely in the mind of the beholder.”

The picture below is my scarred knee.

I really wouldn’t care if there were scars of not, but the scars play havoc on my yoga practice!  and my yoga practice keeps my mind and my body beautiful!

Tomorrow I go in for surgery to have my right knee’s meniscus repaired!

The only good thing about it….

I am hoping to start catching up on my blogging, and since I will be less mobile… I plan to be crafting.
